Grandma Effie: Fact or Fiction

My dear and beloved Grandma Effie, who has now been gone for 15 years come this January 26Th, was a one in a million. I have never met anyone like her and I seriously doubt I ever will.

I bet every one of her 26 grandchildren have humorous, if not HILARIOUS stories, of our dearly beloved grandmother. I know just referring to her puts Marc (a cousin who is also a one in a million and one of my favorite people) into an hour monologue that has everyone rolling on the ground with gut aches from laughing too hard.

My sister and I have wanted to compile these stories and record them so that none of us ever forget the woman who was all us kids number fan, biggest cheerleader, and the reason why we still wonder why we have not been translated yet.

I am sure she is in heaven wondering why one of us is not the President of USA because he is just a complete "dumb dumb" compared to all of us, individually and collectively. This is not aimed toward any USA President specifically because none of them could hold a candle in comparison to her offspring. None of them had that royal Woodward (name changed to protect the innocent) blood.

Calling all cousins (aunts and uncles too, actually anyone with a story to share) e-mail me your favorite G. Effie stories and I will record them. Here is where the rest of you get to be involved... each story we share I will have a poll for all you to vote whether you believe the stories we share are fact or fiction. You may be surprised what you discover about our one of a kind grandma!
