Why I have been a loser blogger this week!
My sister, her family, and my family met at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon for our annual 4TH of July camping trip. We had the time of our lives!
On our way home we took a bit of a detour and checked out Bryce Canyon. It is breath taking as well and we look forward to a weekend trip to really see this National Park.

Yeah! You went to Bryce! Glad you liked it. I'm actually headed down to Grand Canyon later this month for the first time.

M- Our families are perfect for each other. I had those same thoughts while we were camping.
Red-Loved Bryce and we look forward to really seeing the canyon. I want to go on the waterfall hike, can't remember the name right off. Grand Canyon is AMAZING! It doesn't even look real it is so beautiful and no picture can do it justice no matter how good. So nice to be missed!
Frump- That would have made it even better. You can crash our parties any day. However I would not reccomend taking children under the age of 5 to the Grand Canyon. 10 is actually better. Ross gave me a few heart attacks and everyone around me thought I was the wicked witch of the west telling Ross to get a way from the edge!
I LOVE the north rim. I worked at Jacob Lake for two summers and used to hike the canyon all the time. Where did you camp? It sound like you had a great time -- how nice that your two families get along so well!
I'm so jealous! You guys are always going on such fun fam. trips. One day we'll be able to do stuff like that. I'm glad you guys had a great time!
