Ross and I were talking and I made the comment, "Aren't you glad you have such a smart mommy?" I made this comment because I knew how to make square shape sandwich pieces into triangles. Yes, he is 5.
Ross in a very sullen voice said, "Yes, but I wish I had a sweet mommy." If only he knew how sweet I am! Pathetic life he has poor thing!
Mom, I guess I am doing something right. I bet he grows up to be just like me whether he likes it or not!

Yes - I bet my kids wish they had a sweet mom too - but I have a feeling you are way nicer than I am !!!
M- Thanks, I was making him a PB&J sandwich when he said that to me. I was wondering why at that moment I was such an abusive mom! Who knows, good thing it made me laugh and not cry!
F- I have my moments but being a mean mom (mean in the right ways, I guess firm is better) is not always a bad thing. I highly doubt I am nicer than you! You mom is the best and I am sure you are just like her.
