I feel like our little green friend. I did something to my neck/back in TKD last week and I can hardly move today. It has been getting more painful as the days go by. Jim has helped me a lot but I think it is going to take some time. OUCH! m

M- After my back pains last fall. I can not imagine pains that are painful as muscle pains (well except labor and I hear kidney stones are miserable- quick touch wood hope to never experience that one). So sorry for your pain in the neck/back.

F- so nice to be missed!

Now that I think about it labor is a form of muscle pain! OUCH OUCH AND triple OUCH!

Ben Gay, hot baths, and stretching that is what saved me last fall.

Speaking of muscles, frumpster how was that back massage? A taste of heaven, uumm!

M- Um, let me think about this...only for a fee. You know you owe me. You never take pictures of my family or take care of them or do anything I ever ask of you or listen when I am down. So pay up baby!!!

Jenn- Labor is easy. I wish I could do it everyday! Is this helping? How are you feeling? How was the stripping business? When will I get that nephew? Wouldn't you like to know?

I know this is going to sound weird - -by try it. Touch your toes or try to as the case may be (note how far you can go) now stand up & spin around in a circle several times -- now touch your toes again.

Strangely you can now stretch farther! Alli came home one day & showed us -- she did it in PE

I'm just catching up on your blogs! Hilarious. I am soooo the green frog.

And I've had allergies like crazy this past week. Alas - no roses for me. But pollen is high and that's the only thing I can think of that would make me this allergy-ridden. It's awful.

Oh no - what if it's creature the cat that I'm allergic to? Yikes, we won't go there.

Heidi- I will have to try it! Stranger things have happen!

Red- Hoping that pollen count goes down and quick! My oh my is this ever fun! I am not officially allergic to cats but I have to wash my hands immediately after I pet them during allery season. Otherwise I am a sneezing fool! What we suffer for our pets/family.

Oops missed that typo. The allery word was meant to be allergy.
